A one-day workshop on Proposal Making for the Annual Plan Fund was conducted at SHSRC-Kerala Hall 1 on August 14, 2025, at the direction of the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS). The session was attended by key officials, including the Additional Director of Health Services (ADHS) – Dr. Shinu K.S., Additional Director of Health Services (Public Health) – Dr. Reetha K.P, Deputy Director of Health Services (DDHS) (Planning) - Dr. Ajitha V and senior staffs representing the National Health Mission, Kerala Medical Services Corporation Ltd., Directorate of Health Services (DHS), and other related departments.

The workshop focused on proposal preparation for the upcoming plan fund. Discussions highlighted the need for standardization in medical equipment and a gap analysis of equipment procurement, as well as ways to avoid duplication in equipment procurement.
